Use: Unscrew the cap and remove the pipette from the bottle. While placing the pipette back into the bottle, squeeze the balloon and slowly release the balloon to draw up the liquid into the tube. Apply 4 to 6 drops to the palm of the hand and dab onto the forehead, cheeks, chin and neck. Rub it gently into the skin. Product may be applied around the eyes and on the lips.
