Fagron Silicone Cream 20% scar treatment is a treatment for scars based on dimeticones. Silicone cream 20% from Fagron is a cream for the treatment of new and old keloids and hypertrophic scars. The very light gel texture feels silky soft and non-greasy on the skin. This scar treatment protects the affected skin with scar tissue and supports its healing capacity. This dimeticone cream helps to care for and reduce scars resulting from surgical procedures, injuries, trauma, caesarean sections or burns.

This Fagron Silicone Cream 20% contains 50 grams of cream
What does it do
• softens scars, makes them flatter and smoother;
• relieves itching and discomfort of the skin;
• reduces redness and discolouration;
• prevents abnormal and excessive scar formation.
Instructions
Fagron Silicone Cream 20% is to gently massage a small amount onto the scar and allow to dry. Once the cream has dried, cosmetics and sunscreen can be applied. Apply the silicone cream twice a day. The recommended duration of treatment is 60-90 days. For larger or older scars, a longer treatment period may be required. The product should only be applied to the scar once the skin is intact and any scabs have fallen off the skin. Applying the silicone cream to an 'open' scar is not permitted.
