The Equalizing Toner is an exfoliating toner that refreshes the skin and improves the skin structure. This pH-restoring toner combines hydroxy acids to gently exfoliate dead skin cells, with botanical extracts of witch hazel, rosemary, aloe and chamomile to soften, soothe and tone skin.

Use : Two times a day after using a SkinCeuticals cleansing: apply a small amount to a cotton ball and smooth over the face, neck and décolleté.
