How to use
Start with a thin line in the inner corner of the eye and then draw the line along the lash line of the upper eyelid and thicken the line towards the outer corner of the eye. Sharpen with the sharpener to make the point narrower. Immediately after application the formula is extremely smudgeable and soft. Perfect to create a smokey look that seals after 30 seconds
