Eczema
Zinc oxide can be used for wetting eczema. With wetting eczema, the skin is red, moist and sometimes inflamed with blisters on the skin. Zinc oxide has a drying and cooling effect on wet eczema. Moist skin dries faster due to the zinc oxide, which means that the skin heals faster.
Pastern slip
Zinc oxide liniment FNA can soothe cold sores. The slightly drying effect relieves discomfort such as itching and pain. Use the ointment as long as the cold sore is present.
This product is recommended as basic skin care. It can support but not replace medicinal treatment.
