Fagron Cooling Ointment without rose oil is suitable for sensitive, dry and irritated skin. The evaporation of water in this ointment has a mild anti-itching and cooling effect on the skin. The cooling effect is often noticed after a few minutes and lasts for several minutes.

After evaporation of the water on the skin, a protected layer of fat remains. This layer of fat prevents further dehydration of the skin.

The protective effect of the fat layer lasts on average for half a day. That is why it is important to apply the ointment several times a day if you have dry skin, eczema or other skin conditions.

Glycerine ensures better spreadability and contributes to the moisture balance of the skin.

These tubes of Fagron Cooling Ointment without Rose Oil contain 100 grams of ointment

If there is a wool fat or ceto and/or stearyl alcohol allergy, the Cooling Ointment without rose oil can be used safely. This ointment contains no wool fat or wool fat alcohols.

This cooling ointment is formulated without rose oil to prevent hypersensitivity reactions. Regular cooling ointment (Cooling ointment FNA) contains rose oil. If a hypersensitivity reaction occurs, this variant without rose oil can be chosen.

For eczema skin, it is advisable to prefer the variant without rose oil. Rose oil can sting or irritate eczema-prone skin.

Shelf life

Unlike most other basic creams and ointments, Cooling Ointment without rose oil contains no preservatives. Once opened, a tube has a shelf life of 3 months. After 3 months the quality of the product can no longer be guaranteed.

Cooling ointment without rose oil is recommended as basic skin care. It can support but not replace medicinal treatment.
