Cetomacrogol ointment Fna is suitable for (very) dry and sensitive skin. It keeps the skin supple and prevents further dehydration. The Vaseline in this ointment provides a higher fat content and covers the skin. It contributes to the protection of the skin, causing the skin to release less water and become hydrated. Paraffin ensures good spreadability.
Unless otherwise prescribed, apply twice a day. Cetomacrogol ointment is miscible with water and can therefore also be used as a bath ointment, where it produces a flaky discharge in warm water. You can use this ointment for as long as you need it.
