The Vaseline in this gel cream provides a higher fat content and covers the skin. It contributes to the protection of the skin, causing the skin to release less water and become hydrated. Carbomer provides better adhesion to the skin and ensures that the cream hardly becomes thinner when the temperature increases, which is advantageous in warm weather. Propylene glycol in this gel cream can in some cases cause a stinging sensation in children.
This product is recommended as basic skin care. It can support but not replace medicinal treatment.
