There are no medications that help against chickenpox. Also no medications that make it go away faster.
You can, however, on the spots ( not on wounds):
1. A cooling liquid (lotio alba, which is a zinc lotion) or
2. cooling menthol gel or
3. Apply carbomer water gel
This reduces itching and causes the blisters to dry more quickly.
